How long does it take to see improvement in weight training?
I’m a really skinny dude who is starting weight training…just want to know, how long does it take to start seeing results for different parts of the body? Thanks.
You’ll notice right away if you keep records. Your initial strength can double in one week. Of course, progress is slower after that.
Why do some people sweat more, and it’s nothing to do with their body built.?
MY BMI is between 21 and 22, so I’m not considered overweighed. The thing is I sweat like crazy!!! My colleagues are amazed by the way I sweat!!! I can just sit there doing nothing and sweat. So, I’d like to ask why some people sweat more? I asked a serious question, so I expect serious answers. Thanks to those who can help me with this.
