How can I build full body muscle?
I am about 150lb and 5′8". I am preparing to compete in the USFC (United States Fight Club). My current diet and exercise is mainly building my abs and biceps. I need to build full body muscle. I have VERY little money. So, I need a cheap diet and exercise method to build full body muscle. Any serious suggestions would be good, thanks.
I should have been more clear. I am trying to add muscle wieght, not lose fat wieght. I also don’t want to spend a lot of money, especially on some crappy diet pills.
How’d you get in the USFC?

download "no nonsense muscle building" by vince delmonte. Check out his youtube page for more information. Don’t worry about supplements they are a waste of money. Focus on compound exercises: benchpress, deadlifts, squats, military press, lunges, pullups, dips, the big exercises.
The most important thing about gaining muscle is you must eat right and sleep like a baby, or else your workouts won’t cause muscle gains since your body grows outside of the gym. To find the amount of calories you must eat daily… multiply your weight by 18 and you get the number of calories you must eat .
Train 3-4 times a week, anymore is short gaining your muscle gains. Keep a written log of your workout- reps, sets, etc. Then the following week increase your reps by 3-5, or weight by 5lbs. The goal is progressive overload, increase your intensity each week so you get stronger and bigger.

What are good techniques for training arm tendons and ligaments?
I started rock climbing about a year ago and progressed pretty quickly but the tendons and ligaments in my arms have become a serious problem for me lately. They’re constantly sore and seem to be very injury prone. Are there any good techniques for training them, specifically the ones in the hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders?
I’ve looked around some body building forums but most of that was very technical and over my head. Hope someone can give me some more straight forward information. Thank you!
buy a powerball for about £15
they are designed to repair ligaments in your lower arms and wrists aswell as building muscle
not so sure about the others tho
and weight training is also good but make sure your using very light wieghts or you could do more damage than good
also you could ask in your local gym for advice

Tendinitis usually means you are overdoing it. You need to allow your body to build strength gradually as you train and climb. That being said, you might be able to continue climbing using larger holds for the time being. If you injure your tendons and ligaments it takes a while to heal. Give yourself a break and maybe try taking some vitamin supplements and glucosamine
Personal trainers and body builders-Undeveloped calf muscles. Advice on how to build them?
So I have slightly undeveloped calf muscles. Nothing serious, I would just prefer to have them slightly bigger, maybe 2-3cm (1 inch).
Is there anything better than standing on the edge of a stair and raising yourself up on tip toe repeatedly? If not, how many repititions should I do, how many times a day, and when can I expect to start seeing some results?
Any extra advice would be helpful.
if you go to the gym use the leg press but keep half ur foot off the bottom of the foot plate and push against the plate with your toes.
How often is it safe for me to donate blood?
I’ve just recently reached an age where I’m allowed to give blood and I am a universal donor so my blood is very useful. I’m wondering how often I could donate w/o causing serious harm to my body. I’m athletically built, 190 lbs, and I have no illnesses that might make it more difficult.
For whole blood donations where I give, the time between donations needs to be 8 weeks (56 days). I assume this is universal for this kind of donation. They have other types of donations though (plasma only, maybe others) which have different waiting periods. Check when you go. Good luck!
